Tony Curry was a Project Manager Principal for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of MN where he led implementations for the Cyber Security, Preventive Care Visits, Medicare, Medication Adherence, Medical Policy Expansion, Affordability Care Act (Healthcare Reform & State Exchange), Operating Transformation Model, Dotcom Digital Platform, Explanation of Benefits, Cloud and Pharmacy business areas.
Prior to Blue Cross, Tony rolled out U.S. Bank’s mobile public content program, which monetized the channel with revenue generating strategies. He oversaw the business development strategy, identified customer requirements, interpreted market trends, positioned new offerings and recommended enhancements to meet corporate objectives.
Tony directed the effort to establish the world’s first responsive and device optimized banking site to create the benchmark for the customer user experience. Forrester Research cited his work for deploying the first “cleanly designed” sales lead form among U.S. banks.
Tony’s other assignments include Product Manager at SS&C Technologies where he managed PortPro Analytics™ and PALMS™. These sophisticated financial models provide large banks with rapid decisioning capabilities for optimizing the management of assets and liabilities as it relates to interest rate risk.
As Senior Financial Consultant, Tony analyzed Wells Fargo’s $55 billion asset portfolio and its strategic business initiatives for a wide range of financial applications.
Tony earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics in 1995 from Emory University, as well as a Master in Business Administration degree in Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2004. Prior to attending graduate school, Tony worked as a Business Consultant and Technology Analyst in the United Kingdom for seven years.
